Chicago Considers Ticketing Pot Smokers

This week, Chicago police, prosecutors and court officials began discussing whether the city should stop arresting people caught with small amounts of marijuana. A frustrated Chicago police officer asked officials to consider a plan to ticket and fine pot smokers instead. NPR's Cheryl Corley reports.
