After seeing a lead in the polls evaporate, the Bush campaign focuses its message on terrorism and the economy. The president betrayed some frustration with his opponent's criticisms in the first debate, but in Iowa, Mr. Bush was clearly at ease bantering with his supporters. Hear NPR's Brian Naylor.
