Dozens of Casualties in Egyptian Blast, Including Israelis

Dozens of casualties are reported after a huge explosion at an Egyptian resort. Many vacationing Israelis are believed to be among the wounded at the Hilton Hotel in Taba on the Red Sea, near the border with Israel. Two other blasts struck farther south. Hear NPR's Linda Gradstein.
