President Bush and Sen. John Kerry meet tonight in St. Louis in their second face-to-face debate. This comes as a new poll shows a shift toward the Democratic challenger amid more troubling news on Iraq. NPR's Renee Montagne talks to NPR's Senior Correspondent Juan Williams.
