Norwegian and American Share Nobel Economics Prize

Finn Kydland and Edward Prescott win the Nobel Prize in economic science. They will share the $1.3 million prize for their work in explaining how factors such as changes in economic policy and technology drive business cycles. NPR's Steve Inskeep talks with NPR's Jack Speer.
