Tax Bill Changes Definition of 'Manufacturing'

According to the new corporate tax bill Congress has sent to President Bush, the definition of "manufacturer" has expanded to the likes of plumbers, baristas and architects. NPR's Robert Siegel talks with Congressional Quarterly reporter Jill Barshay.
