New York State is suing the nation's largest insurance brokerage firm for an alleged bid-rigging scheme. New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer is accusing Marsh and McLennan of steering business to some insurance companies in exchange for payoffs. NPR's Jim Zarroli reports.
