Britain, Not U.S., to Try Radical Cleric al-Masri
British authorities charge radical Islamic cleric Abu Hamza al-Masri with urging followers to kill non-Muslims. The United States had wanted Britain to extradite al-Masri. Tuesday's action means that he will face charges in British courts instead. Hear NPR's Steve Inskeep and NPR's Anthony Kuhn.
