Suit Challenges In-State Tuition for Illegal Immigrants

In Kansas, college students paying high out-of-state tuition fees are challenging a new state law that grants lower in-state tuition rights to children of undocumented workers. The case could affect similar statutes in seven other states. NPR's Anthony Brooks reports.
