Can Libertarian Badnarik Tilt White House Race?
Libertarian Party presidential candidate Michael Badnarik's name will appear on 48 state ballots and the District of Columbia on Nov. 2. Some say the third-party candidate could draw just enough votes to impact the election in some closely contested states. Hear NPR's Greg Allen.
