EU, Iran Discuss Nuclear Technology Deal

The European Union offers to share its peaceful nuclear technology with Iran — if Iran drops efforts to enrich uranium that can be used for weaponry. Representatives from the EU and Iran met Thursday in Vienna to discuss a package of incentives. The Bush administration opposes the EU initiative. NPR's Mike Shuster reports.
