The 'Motley Fool' Take: Marsh and McLennan

It's our take on some of the week's business news. This week, we look at the world's number-one insurance broker, Marsh and McLennan. The company is under investigation for not doing what insurance brokers exist to do — get clients the best deal on insurance. The company is also accused of accepting billions of dollars in kickbacks from insurance firms last year.
