Israel's parliament is expected to approve a plan Tuesday to close settlements in Gaza. Prime Minister Ariel Sharon wants to unilaterally withdraw 8,000 settlers in a plan that has divided the country and threatened the stability of Sharon's coalition government. NPR's Linda Gradstein reports.
