Wyoming Considers Capping Malpractice Damages

Wyoming is facing a public health crisis as malpractice insurance rates soar and specialists flee the state. Wyoming citizens will vote on a constitutional amendment that would cap non-economic damages in medical malpractice suits. Hear Bob Beck of Wyoming Public Radio.
