Calif. Could Mandate DNA Samples from Felons

When California voters go to the polls on Nov. 2, they'll consider a proposition that would require every convicted felon to provide a DNA sample. If passed, Proposition 69 would eventually require everyone arrested on felony charges to provide a sample. Kathy McAnally reports.
