Kerry: Bush Spends Too Little on Security

As the campaign enters its final week, Sen. John Kerry challenges President Bush on national security spending. The Democratic challenger says the current administration is spending too much money on the war in Iraq and not enough on homeland security. Hear NPR's Scott Horsley.
