Bush Addresses Missing Explosives in Iraq

President Bush responds for the first time to the disappearance of hundreds of tons of highly explosive materials in Iraq. The president stressed the possibility that the weapons disappeared before U.S. forces arrived at the site where they were stored and launched a sharp attack on Sen. John Kerry.
