NPR's Alex Chadwick talks to NPR's Julie McCarthy about Yasser Arafat declining health. The Palestinian leader collapsed Wednesday night and was unconscious for several minutes. Arafat has been ill for several days, suffering from a stomach ailment. His death could lead to a possible power struggle, adding to the turmoil in the region.
