Post-Election Donations Won't Be Capped

After Tuesday's election, restrictions on campaign donations will disappear, allowing President Bush and Sen. John Kerry unlimited amounts to finance recounts and legal challenges. That's thanks to a strange bit of political maneuvering at the Federal Election Commission. NPR's Peter Overby reports.
