The FBI will examine whether Pentagon officials committed fraud in their handling of a no-bid contract to a subsidiary of Halliburton before the Iraq War. The Pentagon has maintained that Halliburton was the only company available that could rebuild Iraq's oil sector. Hear NPR's John Burnett.
