U.S. troops mass outside Fallujah despite continuing peace talks between the Iraqi interim government and a delegation in the city. Many Iraqi families are seeking refuge in nearby villages and in Baghdad, about 40 miles to the east. Another fight for Fallujah appears near. Hear NPR's Emily Harris.
