Separate car bombs kill eight Marines near Fallujah and at least seven people at the Al Arabiya television office in Baghdad. The U.S. military says an offensive to seize Fallujah and other insurgent strongholds has not yet begun, but daily operations are more intense. NPR's Emily Harris reports.
