Judge Allows Challenges to Ohio Voter Eligibility

NPR's Alex Chadwick speaks with Janet Babin of member station WCPN in Cleveland about volunteers from both political parties who are monitoring polls in Ohio to challenge voter eligibility. A federal court on Tuesday reversed earlier decisions that barred or limited the activity of these eligibility challengers.
