New Program Offers Degree in After-School Education

The number of after-school programs is increasing, but quality is threatened by high turnover and low wages for workers. Now there are efforts to professionalize the ranks of people who provide care for children in after-school programs. Hear reporter Susan Kaplan of member station WFCR.
