Bill Bennett on Bush's 'Moral Mandate'

NPR's Alex Chadwick chats with radio host Bill Bennett about what Bennett sees as President Bush's "moral mandate" to lead the country. Bennett says Democrats need to learn how to express themselves more clearly on issues of morality.
