Guardsman Fights Re-Deployment to Iraq
A National Guard soldier disputes his re-deployment in Iraq after a first year of duty. Friday, a Sacramento court will hear the case, which challenges the Army's "stop loss" policy. Jason Margolis of member station KQED reports.
