Arafat in Coma; Some Powers Transferred

Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat is in a coma in Paris, and some of his powers have been transferred to Palestinian Prime Minister Ahmed Qureia. Qureia meets Friday with security chiefs in an attempt to stem internal conflicts if Arafat dies. Hear NPR's Renee Montagne and NPR's Julie McCarthy.
