Retired U.S. Army Major Gen. Robert Scales discusses how the military offensive in Fallujah is likely to unfold. Over the weekend, there were reports of large numbers of Iraqi soldiers deserting their units. Scales says the readiness of the Iraqi soldiers is a matter of great uncertainty.
