Slate's Ballot Box: Bush's Second-Term Moves

NPR's Noah Adams talks with Slate chief political correspondent Will Saletan about President Bush's first political moves following his victory in last week's presidential election. Bush has said his victory gave him "political capital" to spend in his second term in office.
