A federal judge shuts down a motions hearing at Guantanamo Bay for Salim Ahmed Hamdan, Osama bin Laden's former driver. U.S. District Judge James Robertson's ruling said the executive branch cannot classify Hamdan as an enemy combatant without a tribunal. Hear NPR's Jackie Northam.
