Outsourcing, Globalization Eroding Unions

Labor leaders are trying to find ways to reverse decades of dwindling membership caused, they say, by outsourcing and globalization. In the 1950s one third of Americans had union jobs. Today, just 13 percent of American workers are unionized. Hear NPR's Luke Burbank.
