Egyptian officials hope the death of Yasser Arafat will lead to a fresh Middle East peace initiative. Egyptian diplomats have been meeting with Palestinian factions, including Hamas, in hopes of ensuring calm in Gaza ahead of Israel's planned withdrawal. NPR's Peter Kenyon reports.
