The film year isn't over yet, but the Oscars appear to be anyone's game... in part because it has been a mediocre year for movies. The strongest contender for an award is actor Jamie Foxx for Ray. Some say it will be tough to find five nominees for Best Picture. NPR's Kim Masters reports.
