Congress Returns, Democrats Grim

Congress returns to Washington for a week of post-election business known as a lame duck session. The main business is the enactment of appropriations bills and the raising of the ceiling on the national debt. But NPR's Andrea Seabrook reports there's also a lot of soul-searching going on among chastened Democrats.
