Critics Raise Privacy Concerns over DNA Database
On Election Day, California voters approved Proposition 69, creating a massive new DNA database that will provide a huge new resource for law enforcement nationwide. But critics say the cost to civil liberties is too high. NPR's Ina Jaffe reports.
