Spike in Producer Prices Surprises Analysts

Inflation at the wholesale level shot up last month, rising 1.7%. That's the biggest increase in years and was well above what most analysts on Wall Street were expecting. Food and energy prices both fueled the increase. NPR's Jim Zarroli reports.
