Missouri Town Faces Disincorporation
Macks Creek, Mo. is a small town still paying for the years when it operated the state's most notorious speed trap. Seven years after the state forced it to shut down its speed trap, Macks Creek is in bankruptcy. NPR's Greg Allen reports.
