New Army Facility to Teach Detainee Guarding Skills

Paula Wissel of member station KPLU reports on the U.S. Army's new training facility, designed to teach military police the best methods for guarding detainees. The training is one response to concerns about prisoner abuse at military detention centers in Cuba and Iraq.
