Sudan's government and rebel leaders sign an agreement to end Africa's longest running civil war by year's end. The signing took place on the last day of a special two-day meeting of the U.N. Security Council in Nairobi, Kenya. Hear NPR's Steve Inskeep and NPR's Jason Beaubien.
