Guatemala Seeks Peace after Decades of War

As U.N. peacekeepers leave Guatemala, the country is still coping with the aftermath of decades of civil war. The country's new president has finally slashed the military budget, eight years after a 1996 peace accord. NPR's John Burnett reports.
