Iraq Neighbors Meet in Egypt

Secretary of State Colin Powell joins European and the Middle East leaders to discuss ways to bring stability and peace to Iraq. The Iraqi foreign minister is expected to present a package of proposals at the two-day meeting in Egypt that include calls for tightening borders and reigning in militants operating in nearby countries.
