CIA, Pentagon Stand to Lose Influence in Intel Reform

Supporters of intelligence reform hope that Congress still might pass the legislation next month. But chances for reviving the measure before the new legislative session in January are considered slim at best. Insiders say many at the Pentagon and CIA are glad the reform was defeated. NPR's Mary Louis Kelly reports.
