Marketplace: Phone Number Portability

NPR's Noah Adams talks to Tess Vigeland of Marketplace about the first anniversary of a federal rule that allows people to keep their cell phone numbers, even when they switch cell service providers. After one year, 8 million people have taken advantage of the regulation.
