Holiday Shopping Season Off to an Early Start

The day after Thanksgiving is the traditional start of the Christmas shopping season, but in some cases, retailers have been pushing holiday merchandise for weeks. NPR's Steve Inskeep talks about this season's sales prospects with retail specialist Nancy Koehn, a professor at Harvard Business School.
