Arizonans Spar over Ban on Benefits for Illegal Immigrants

In Arizona, an initiative nicknamed "Protect Arizona Now" was approved by voters on Nov. 2, despite the objections of the governor and the state's congressional delegation. Proposition 200 denies public benefits to illegal immigrants. The courts may have to decide which benefits — if any — can be denied. NPR's Ted Robbins reports.
