Justices to Convene without Rehnquist

The Supreme Court will consider cases involving the medical use of marijuana and sex discrimination in sports as justices return to work Monday. Chief Justice William Rehnquist, who is undergoing treatment for thyroid cancer, will not be present. Hear NPR's Nina Totenberg.
