Opposition Leaders Quit Talks on Ukraine Vote

Opposition leaders pull out of talks to end the confrontation in Ukraine over last week's disputed presidential election. The latest crisis came after Parliament failed to pass a no-confidence motion in the prime minister, who was declared the victor. NPR's Lawrence Sheets reports.
