U.S. Will Increase Troops in Iraq to 150,000

U.S. military officials say they're temporarily expanding the force in Iraq by 12,000 troops ahead of Iraqi elections scheduled for Jan. 30. The boost would put U.S. troop levels at about 150,000 through the election. Hear NPR's Eric Westervelt.
