A federal judge dismisses a lawsuit connected with the anthrax attacks of 2001. In the suit, bioweapons scientist Steven Hatfill charged that a newspaper columnist had implied he was involved in the anthrax mailings. The FBI says it hopes high-tech forensics will help them find the attacker. NPR's David Kestenbaum reports.
