Texas Governor Grants Reprieve to Black Woman

In Texas, Gov. Rick Perry grants an unusual reprieve to death row inmate Frances Newton. Newton would be the first African-American woman and only the fourth female put to death in Texas since the Civil War. Her legal team is being given more time to re-examine evidence in the case.
